Now, you have tremendous stress from your management to launch this product as soon as possible into the market. You have been given the end dates of a month for the product launch.
Now, you are working on plans and activities to launch this product into the market within the given time schedule. Let me ask you, if you want to make this project successful, what will be given due consideration?
