Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®) is a certification by Scrum Alliance that offers credential for professionals who showcase their ability to deliver as an effective scrum product owner for a team in the scrum alliance certification exam. The scrum alliance product owners are the main member of any Scrum team and are responsible for leading the project strategically, managing the business value and collaborating with team and customers on a regular basis. The product owner does not need to be experts in the process, but must have the sufficient knowledge and understanding about the Agile Manifesto to assist the Scrum Master if required.
